Anton Pirogov now Carpentries Instructor

IAS-9 research software developer Dr. Anton Pirogov has successfully completed a Carpentries Instructor certification training. The training covers the basics of educational psychology, evidence-based classroom practices, and how to apply both to teaching workshops for The Carpentries.

With Anton Pirogov as a certified The Carpentries Instructor, IAS-9 is now part of a community of people who care about inclusive teaching of computational skills. The Carpentries is a non-profit project based in California, USA. It comprises the Software Carpentry, Data Carpentry, and Library Carpentry communities.
