Transient

The Transient project aims to directly synergize model system and spent nuclear fuel (SNF) studies to gain a comprehensive phenomenological understanding of mixed oxide-SNF (MOX) with a focus on high up structure regions. MOX SNF presents significant challenges towards interim storage and final disposal concepts. The Transient project aims to deliver fundamental and relevant scientific data relevant to, and support its final disposal.
