Experiments
ANKE, TOF, WASA & Co.
The IKP runs experiments or is member in experiment collaborations at COSY and at external accelerators.
Experiments at COSY
COSY allows the study of reactions with (un)polarized proton and deuteron beams up to momenta of about 3.7 GeV/c. The main goal of the experiments is the production and measurement of short-living mesons and baryons.

Experiments at other accelerators
These experiments mainly deal with atomic physics topic analysing hydrogen or anti-hydrogen, respectively.
Experiments at HESR
Participation in future experiments at the HESR accelerator is a continuation of finished and ongoing antiproton experiments at LEAR/CERN and AD/CERN. Moreover, polarised antiproton beams will be utilised.
