Prof. Rainer Waser receives Senior Professorship of RWTH Aachen University 2025

On Jan 31 2025, Prof. Rainer Waser received the honorary Senior Professorship of the RWTH Aachen University. Rainer Waser has led the PGI-7 for the past decades and built the foundation for our work with his pioneering research on memristive phenomena, neuromorphic computing and the relation of functional oxides with their defect chemistry. Congratulations to Rainer Waser on his achievements and career. The laudation was held by Prof. Max Lemme and Prof. Ulrich Rüdiger (rector of RWTH Aachen University).
