Clemens Wittberg received the Best Poster Award at Memrisys2025

PGI-7 team member, Clemens Wittberg, received the Best Poster Award at Memrisys2025 for his outstanding work titled “Identifying the Electronic and Ionic Transport in Area-Dependent VCM Cells.”

Clemens presented a compelling physical model based for the electronic and ionic transport in Pt/amorphous-SrTiO3 (STO)/TaOx/Ta devices. His approach can be readily extended to other types of valence change memory (VCM) devices featuring one Schottky barrier interface and one interface with native oxides.
