In our group, we are working on molecular beam epitaxy of topological insulators and superconductors for quantum information.
- Deposition of planar and selectively grown topological insulators using molecular beam epitaxy.
- Fabrication of in-situ grown topological insulators/superconductor interconnects for quantum bit applications
- MBE growth of phase change materials for neuromorphic computing- neuromorphic computing.
