About me
I studied chemical engineering at RWTH Aachen focusing on novel membrane fabrication methods at the AVT.CVT (Department of Chemical Engineering, Chemical Process Engineering) and DWI (Leibniz-Institute for Interaktive Materials). Currently at the IET-1, I analyze the local aging of membrane electrode assemblies, a core material of water electrolyzers utilized for green hydrogen production. To analyze the local aging on a small scale, I like to employ micro- and nanoscale resolution methods, such as nanoelectrical and nanomechanical atomic force microscopy (AFM), nanoindentation, and microscopic four-point-electrodes for electrical characterization.
