About me
Emile de Bruyn studied Chemistry and Physics, and recently completed his doctoral thesis in the application of AI methods on the simulation and modeling of Intrinsically Disordered Proteins (IDPs). Since completion of his thesis, he joined Stefan Kesselheim’s Simulation Laboratory for Applied Machine Learning and works at the interface of Molecular Simulation and AI.
Current projects include developing Machine Learning Coarse Graining Potentials for Ribonucleic Acid (RNA) and IDP systems.
