As a recruiter, Bianka has been supporting the hiring processes at Forschungszentrum Jülich since 2008. With a deep understanding of both the scientific and administrative aspects of the centre, she is dedicated to filling positions swiftly with the most suitable candidates, ensuring an optimal fit for both the role and the team.

In addition to her recruiting duties, she also conducts training sessions for hiring managers, providing them with essential insights and practical guidance on the recruitment process. Her goal is to ensure that managers are well-equipped to make informed and effective hiring decisions.

She has also completed a coaching certification as a career coach, enabling her to support the Career Centre in providing comprehensive consultations.
