Bastian Jaeger

Using correlative analysis of multiple imaging methods with different resolution scales can further our understanding of the underlying structure of nerve fiber connections in the human brain. My research focuses on connecting these different scales using imaging methods such as 3D Polarized Light Imaging, serial Scanning Electron Microscopy and X-Ray Tomography.
