About me
Stefan's background is in Physics. In 2014, he finished his PhD thesis in Stuttgart on the simulation of DNA that is transported through nanopores. After six years in industry, Stefan joined the Jülich Supercomputing Centre, to lead the Simulation and Data Lab Applied Machine Learning. His lab hosts the AI consultant team that supports academia and industry in the development of tailored Machine Learning approaches.
