Warum und woran ich forsche
Thomas Kirchartz is currently a professor (W3) of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at the RWTH Aachen and director at the IMD-3 Photovoltaics at Research Centre Jülich. Previously, he was a professor of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at the University Duisburg-Essen. From 2010 to 2013, he was a Junior Research Fellow at Imperial College London. His research interests include all aspects regarding the fundamental understanding of photovoltaic devices including their characterization and simulation.
