Woojoon Park

I earned my B.Sc. in Materials Science and Engineering from Korea University in Seoul and my M.Sc. and Ph.D. from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). My research focues on memristive systems and their neuromorphic applications, particularly threshold switching devices and oscillatory dynamics. At PGI-14, I investigate novel neuromorphic computing systems that harness the nonlinear and complex dynamics of memristive neuristors, building on my experience in memristive materials, device fabrication, and modeling to bridge device-level behavior with system-level design.
