Matthew Philip Sutton

My PhD project looks at the development of models and datasets to allow for the integration of large language models (LLMs) into vision foundation models for anaylsis of cytoarchitecture of the human brain. This has the aim of allowing researchers to both gain insights from the foundation models in an easy to digest manner and potentially allow for search and retrieval of areas of the brain from textual descriptions.
