Warum und woran ich forsche
Rui Wang holds a Master’s degree in Quantum Science and Technology from the Technical University of Munich in Germany and a Bachelor’s degree in Quantum Technology from Aalto University in Finland. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Iceland, in collaboration with both the “AI and ML for Remote Sensing” Simulation and Data Lab and the Quantum Information Processing group at the Jülich Supercomputing Centre, Forschungszentrum Jülich, Germany. His current research focuses on leveraging quantum computing, hybrid quantum-classical approaches, and quantum-inspired methods to address challenges in Earth observation and geospatial data analysis.
