In conversation with Katrin Amunts

Katharina Menne and Carsten Könneker from Spektrum der Wissenschaft interviewed Prof. Katrin Amunts at the beginning of the year. The conversation has now been published in two formats: as a podcast in the series “Big Questions of Science” on detektor.fm and as an interview in the magazine.

In their discussion with the two journalists, topics include how male and female brains differ, whether intelligence is linked to brain size, how networks in our brain function, and how the human brain is actually studied in practice.

In the podcast series, Katharina Menne and Carsten Könneker aim to “get to the bottom of the greatest mysteries of science,” according to the detektor.fm website. A new episode is released on the first Thursday of every month.
