Bernstein Conference
Each year the, Bernstein Network invites the international computational neuroscience community to the annual Bernstein Conference for intensive scientific exchange. It has established itself as one of the most renowned conferences worldwide in this field, attracting students, postdocs and PIs from around the world to meet and discuss new scientific discoveries.
Traditionally, the conference begins with the Satellite Workshops, where researchers discuss selected topics in depth. The subsequent Main Conference provides a stage for a series of internationally renowned scientists who present the latest findings from their neuroscience research. In addition, more than 200 poster presentations not only encourage scientific exchange but also provide in-depth insights into current research developments.
The Bernstein Conference is highly popular among early-career researchers each year. Dedicated formats such as the PhD Symposium and the Postdoc Meeting promote peer-to-peer exchange and networking within the community. In addition, the network offers travel grants to early-career researchers to support their participation in the conference.
