Scientific Coordination
The Bernstein Coordination Site supports the organization and continued development of the Bernstein Network Computational Neuroscience. We create structures and formats for scientific exchange, collaboration, and support across all career stages.
Bernstein Conference
The annual Bernstein Conference is the network’s central platform for scientific exchange, networking, and the presentation of current research.
Early-career support
Through networking, mentoring, and career development initiatives, we foster a vibrant community for early-career researchers in computational neuroscience. In addition to travel grants and dedicated peer-to-peer exchange formats at the Bernstein Conference, we maintain a central job board and organise the Bernstein Network’s Brains for Brains Young Researcher Award.
Network representation
We represent the Bernstein Network Computational Neuroscience in national and international contexts and strengthen its visibility within the scientific community.
Information and opportunities
We compile job postings, funding opportunities, awards, and events in the field of computational neuroscience.
