Information on the HGF Call: Quantum Use Challenge for applications in Health, Earth and Environment and Energy

Together with the Helmholtz “Impuls- und Vernetzungsfond” the Helmholtz Quantum Plattform has drafted a call for a Quantum Use Challenge. We would like to present the idea of the call in an online meeting and discuss the details with all potential participants.

The call is specifically targeting researchers in the fields of Health, Earth and Environment and Energy to apply technology solutions with developers of quantum technologies to their research problems.

The aim of the call is to identify use cases for quantum technologies in application areas where the potential of quantum technologies is not yet well known. Projects can receive funding for 3 years to develop and apply quantum technologies to specific (research) use cases in the fields of health, earth and environment, and energy.

During this first presentation, we will present the call, ask for your feedback and discuss upcoming introductory and matchmaking workshops.
