Dr. Tobias Schulte to Brinke defended his Ph.D. thesis

Congratulations to our former Ph.D. student Tobias Schulte to Brinke, who successfully defended his Ph.D thesis.

Tobias graduated from RWTH, Faculty of Mathematics, Computer Science and Natural Sciences. The title of his thesis was "Analysis of Information Processing and Memory Prerequisites for Temporal Difference Learning in Cortical Neural Network Models."
