From reality to CAD – high precision for your research project

Complex scientific problems require tailor-made solutions, often far beyond what commercially available components can offer. To meet these requirements, we use the EinScan Pro HD in our design department. This is a high-resolution 3D scanning system that enables us to digitally capture geometries.

This technology helps us to create precise CAD models based on real components, e.g. for the further development of existing systems, the reverse engineering of individual components, the integration of experimental test setups or for digitisation.

Scanning method: White Light LED

Scan modes:

• Handheld HD scan: high resolution, for complex geometries
• Handheld rapid scan: for fast capture of large areas
• Fixed scan (tripod/turntable): automated precision scan

Measurement accuracy:

• 0.1 to 0.04 mm in fixed mode
• up to 0.045 mm +0.3 mm/m in handheld mode

Point distance: 0.2 mm – 0.3 mm

Data acquisition rate: up to 3 million points/second

Single scan area: 209x160mm - 310x240mm

Suitable scan size: 30 - 3000mm

Depth of field: ± 100mm

Working distance: 510mm
