Brain Atlases

Brain atlases provide spatial reference systems for the neurosciences. The video demonstrates how interactive 3D views and analysis tools in EBRAINS can be used to anatomically localize, explore, and evaluate brain data.

Connectivity and Dysconnectivity

We develop and validate detailed models of human brain networks. Our goal is to better understand individual differences in the brain and to make these models usable for applications in neuroscience and medicine.
