New Video Now Online - "SOMATAI: Soft Matter at Aqueous Interfaces"

Over the past four years, young researchers from 13 European facilities have been working on scientific questions concerning soft matter at aqueous interfaces.

The results of their work contribute to tackling many challenges e. g. in food formulations, coating processes or modern methods used in cryosurgery, and are illustrated in the following new video.  

The research and training network SOMATAI was co-funded by the European Union's Seventh Framework Programme and coordinated by Forschungszentrum Jülich.
