SoftComp Annual Meeting 2016

The joint SoftComp Annual Meeting 2016 will be held at the Excelsior La Fonte Hotel in Portonovo, Ancona, Italy, from 06-09 June 2016.

The SoftComp Annual Meeting represents the forum for all SoftComp participants to discuss scientfic work performed and the realization of our next goals. The SoftComp Annual Meeting starts on the evening of 06 June, 2016, with a reception for the participants.

The scientific part of the meeting will be on June 07, 08 and 09 and includes plenary lectures and planned collaborative research activities sessions (tbc). The meeting will end on 09 June in the afternoon. Special emphasis will be devoted to the free discussion, in order to bring the participants together to discuss their present and/or future research projects. The social dinner will take place on Wednesday 08 June, 2016.

The SoftComp central budget will cover the full meeting costs, the subsistence/accommodation and the travel costs (up to a max of 250 € per person) up to four persons per associated SoftComp group. Transportation from and to the nearest airports and train stations will be organized for the participants.

PLEASE NOTE: due to the limited number of rooms available, please indicate on the registration form if you agree to double occupancy accommodation; some colleagues will be accommodated in nearby hotels. For this reason, it is very important that you register under the SoftComp web portal as soon as possible.
