The Alzheimer Research Foundation has granted a piloting research award to Dr. Merle Hönig and colleagues for a project on “Sleep as potential prognostic biomarker for longitudinal tau and amyloid burden”. The project will be conducted in the next two years within the realm of a fully-funded neuroimaging study “Tau propagation over time (T-POT)”. It is a collaborative project between the INM-2 and the Department of Nuclear Medicine, University Hospital Cologne.
