COMPASS Mentoring Program

COMPASS Mentoring Program for the Research Field Earth & Environment

The COMPASS Mentoring program is aimed at postdoctoral researchers and science managers (e.g. project coordinators), who are ready to engage in strategic career building and decision-making. The program provides support in active and goal-oriented career development. Partcipants are guided in creating their individual career strategy and in finding their own mentor. Mentors come from multiple professional fields, from academia as well as the industry, from public authorities or the non-profit sector.

The COMPASS Mentoring program is a joint initiative of the seven Helmholtz Centers in the research field Earth & Environment and collaborating partner Helmholtz centers. The entire program will be conducted in English.

The registration will be open from September 8th - October 5th 2025!
