Session: Programming Models I
Talk type: Short talk (15 min)
Abstract: Programming-model centric debugging is an extension of the traditional source-level interactive debugging. It aims at embracing high-level programming concepts into source-level debugging, which usually only operate at language level. In this presentation, we introduce this new debugging approach, and give some insight about the design and implementation about model centric debuggers. Then, we detail the on-going work to support OpenMP programming, in cooperation with HLRS Temanejo. This work is part of the French Nano2017/Dema project, in partnership with STMicroelectronics, INRIA Rocquencourt and University Paris VI UPMC.
