Success story: The ozone hole is shrinking

ZDFheute has published a report on the success of the 1987 Montreal Protocol, which led to a gradual reduction and finally to a ban on the ozone killer chlorofluorocarbon (CFC).
Dr. Jens-Uwe Grooß from IEK-7 comments on the development of the ozone hole, the effects on climate change and the significance of the Montreal Protocol.
