On Thursday, 10th April 202, Priv.-Doz. Dr. Philipp Lohmann will give a presentation on modern medical imaging and AI in brain tumour diagnostics.
Brain tumors are rare and usually grow rapidly, which is why a quick and precise diagnosis has immediate consequences for therapy planning and the course of the disease. But what modern methods are available for diagnosing brain tumors and to what extent do methods from the field of artificial intelligence (AI) already contribute to improving diagnosis and how could this develop in the future? These and other questions around the topic of AI in brain tumor diagnostics will be addressed and discussed in the presentation
