22 April 2026 – JuWinHPC General Meeting – No one is normal: Rethinking ADHD and the workplace
Women in HPC has the slogan "diversity creates a stronger community" and also our local network JuWinHPC aims to promote diversity. While being a woman in a male field is a rather visible type of minority, being neurodivergent is a much more subtle one – but one that can have a significant impact on work and actually many aspects of everyday life. In this meeting, we will use ADHD as a starting point to explore these questions more broadly: What is ADHD, and how does it shape the way people experience work and daily life? What can ADHD teach us about the ways our workplaces are structured – often in ways that don’t fully work for anyone?
We invite everyone to join the discussion and share perspectives.
📅 Date: Wednesday, 22 April 2026
⏰ Time: 11:00-12:00 am (and potentially having lunch together afterwards)
📍 Location: JSC Rotunde (building 16.4)
