About Us

Integrated Computing Architectures (ICA) is a scientific institute of Forschungszentrum Jülich GmbH performing research and innovation in different fields of Future Computing paradigms using semiconductor solutions to  enable the scalability of novel computing approaches. This reaches from system modeling over implementations up to system integration of novel devices, like memristors and qubits to enable real applications to significantly advance today’s computing capabilities.

Integrated Circuits are a Key Enabling Technology:

Based on our broad experience within CMOS systems and circuits from the communication industry, integrated circuits are our key enabler to push the limits into new areas.

Mission Statement of ICA

Our mission is to enable the full potential of integrated circuits for scalable architectures and implementations of Future Computing systems and make it available for society.
