The team of the office advises users in applying for supercomputer resources. It organizes and coordinates application and review processes within the framework of the following institutions and projects:

• Gauss Centre for Supercomputing (GCS)
• John von Neumann Institutes for Computing (NIC)
• Jülich Unified Infrastructure for Quantum computing (JUNIQ)
• Vergabe von Supercomputerressourcen (VSR)

The office also coordinates the development of the application and review tool JARDS (Joint Application, Review, and Dispatch Service).
