Das Team des Koordinationsbüros berät Nutzerinnen und Nutzer bei der Beantragung von Supercomputer-Ressourcen. Es organisiert und koordiniert Antrags- und Begutachtungsverfahren im Rahmen folgender Institutionen und Projekte:

• Gauss Centre for Supercomputing (GCS)
• John von Neumann-Institut für Computing (NIC)
• Jülich Unified Infrastructure for Quantum computing (JUNIQ)
• Vergabe von Supercomputerressourcen (VSR)

Das Büro koordiniert darüber hinaus die Entwicklung der Antrags- und Begutachtungssoftware JARDS (Joint Application, Review, and Dispatch Service).
