The Excellence Network “Color meets Flavor Excellence Network” (CmFEN) comprises three complementary projects that strengthen the Cluster of Excellence “Color meets Flavor” (CmF) by coupling hadron-physics theory with advances in quantum simulation and high-performance computing. It

(i) extends the Jülich–Bonn DCC framework for hyperon spectroscopy toward future INSIGHT@ELSA data,

(ii) develops stochastic simulation codes to study emergent low-dimensional Majorana fermions within the Innovative Algorithms Lab (IAL), and

(iii) implements energy-efficient kernel routines across promising hardware architectures in close synergy with the Cluster’s IAL and Innovative Hardware Lab (IHL).
