Workshop in Aachen

On September 24th and 25th, partners from Jülich Systems Analysis, Brunel University London, the University of the West of Scotland and RWTH Aachen University met in Aachen, Germany, for a workshop aimed at further understanding the adaptation of fuel cells and batteries in the freight transport sector. The main objectives were to define survey objectives, identify key stakeholders and jointly develop effective survey questions. The workshop included interactive sessions on commons mapping, stakeholder identification and practical group work to ensure a clear and focused approach for future survey activities. A second workshop will be held early next year to further discuss survey progress, and a final workshop in London in mid-2025 will culminate the series, bringing together experts to review the results and set the stage for broader engagement.
