University Teaching

The spectrum of topics taught ranges from the teaching of scientific fundamentals, theoretical modeling, simulation methods, detailed technical knowledge and the characterization of technical applications, to the identification and analysis of complex socio-ecological problems and the development of sustainable solutions. The total scope of the semester-long, double-hour courses amounts to six lectures and three exercises. The number of students attending each course and semester ranges from 10 to 50 students. In addition, ICE-2 scientists make a significant contribution to the supervision of undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral theses.
