Strengths of the region

As part of this presentation, project manager Dr. Christian Klar from the Jülich Research Center introduced the "Bioeconomy RegionR" project, which utilizes the region's strengths in the areas of agriculture, company and industry structure, sales markets and science. The aim of the project is to build a bio-based circular economy and provide solutions for sustainable value creation and new jobs. Some (product) innovations to touch, for example healthy food from local field bean or plastic toys from corn, were brought along as visual examples.

The lecture was held on October 25 at the VHS in Düren, Violengasse 2.
