The workshop on “Utilizing high-throughput phenotyping platforms for advancing plant breeding and production” was held at the IBG-2 on 4th - 6th of February within the framework of the TWINNING project PHENOWEX

The workshop with 16 participants from Turkey, Cyprus and Italy addressed a wide range of topics with presentations, discussions and hands-on exercises presented by the IBG-2 members addressing European phenotyping activities, high throughput and deep phenotyping below ground, field phenotyping, data acquisition and management. The event marked the first workshop in a series of workshops and training activities that will be held within the project with a overarching goal to support the development of plant phenotyping competencies in Turkey and Cyprus.
