About Us

Corporate Development is responsible for research planning and scientific resource management as well as the associated science-adequate controlling. UE also coordinates all matters of the Helmholtz Association for the research center. Furthermore, the division supports the Board of Directors and the institutes in innovation and knowledge management, as well as in strategy development and supervises the strategic partnerships with universities and non-university cooperation partners, especially within the framework of the Jülich Aachen Research Alliance, JARA and the international relations of the research center. Further central areas of responsibility are the continuous development of the junior researcher strategy and the supervision of the EU affairs of the research center.
