Developing innovative ideas, contributing to solving important problems: The Division Support for Early-Career Scientists supports Jülich talents of all qualification phases with structured programmes and individual measures.

Early-career scientists make an important contribution to scientific progress through their commitment and innovation. A key ambition of Forschungszentrum Jülich is to provide tailored support and conditions for these researchers to enable them to achieve excellence.

At the interface between science, board of directors, administration, external university partners, and funding bodies, we are responsible for strategically developing the promotion of early-career scientists in science. Our measures and funding programmes are oriented towards the guiding principles of diversity and inclusion as well as excellence, and therefore contribute to internationalizing Forschungszentrum Jülich and promoting early-career scientists.
