Innovation (I)

The Innovation and Strategy Department is the technology transfer office of Forschungszentrum Jülich. It facilitates access to IP, new patents, inventions, technologies, know-how and software of Forschungszentrum Jülich for corporate partners or social interest groups. Scientists and institutes receive comprehensive support and consulting services for the commercialization and licensing of their research results.

National and International Relations (NIB)

Science and research at Forschungszentrum Jülich is international. Maintaining and expanding national and international relations and collaborations is therefore a crucial component of Jülich’s strategy. UE-B advises and supports the Board of Directors in matters related to national and international partnerships. The key goal is to create an attractive research environment at Jülich for scientists at all career levels from Germany or anywhere else in the world.

Support for Early-Career Scientists (W)

Early-career scientists make an important contribution to scientific progress through their commitment and innovation. A key ambition of Forschungszentrum Jülich is to provide tailored support and conditions for these researchers to enable them to achieve excellence.
