International Bioeconomy

Diplomatic relationship between Thailand and Germany

IBG-2 actively collaborates with colleagues around the world to develop solutions for a sustainable bioeconomy. Since 2014, the first contacts with Thailand have been established, resulting in several collaborations and projects in the areas of research, technology demonstration and capacity building.

Focus areas include precision, smart and digital agriculture, phenotyping platform development and automation, enabling technology development, and value-added products for a sustainable bioeconomy.
