The Institute mainly works on tasks that require the use of nuclear methods. In particular, the development of new radioactively labeled substances that can be used as radiopharmaceuticals for imaging procedures such as Positron Emission Tomography (PET) or Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT) in humans for medical-diagnostic purposes.
