The Equal Opportunities Bureau (BFC) focuses on the priority topics of reconciling work and family life, gender mainstreaming, as well as diversity and inclusion. It advises all employees, senior employees, and cooperation partners on these matters, implements numerous support measures and thereby helps to shape a family- and diversity-friendly corporate culture based on equal opportunities at Forschungszentrum Jülich.
