Bioinformatics Infrastructure
The group hosts a small cluster and about nearly a PB of disk storage. This can be used for targeted queries and is used to run the infrastructure for Phenotyping data and its link to the underlying genomes.
We also can use this to predict function based on large scale gene expression. In addition the group is very well versed in plant transcriptome data analysis, interpretation and evaluation. Here the group offers training courses as well (usually announced here; via www.denbi.de and www.pflanzenforschung.de as well as twitter).
