Our Goals: Fostering Talent – Strengthening Science
Excellent research requires excellent framework conditions. With our talent management, we create structures that provide targeted support for early-career scientists, across different qualification levels and in strategically important fields.
We design opportunities that enable orientation, development, and networking: from structured programs and individual counseling, to defined career pathways and initiatives that enhance visibility and collaboration.
Our aim: We strengthen the foundations for outstanding research and contribute to the visibility and strategic development of Forschungszentrum Jülich as a hub of scientific excellence.
Scientific careers are diverse – and we are here to accompany you along the way.
At every stage of your academic journey, we support you with tailored programs, counseling, and structural assistance. Whether you are just starting your PhD, establishing independence as a postdoc, or preparing for your next career step:
