Consultation & Awareness-Raising

Anti-discrimination can only work through community. Therefore, the BfC offers the employees of the research center various advice and awareness-raising measures.

Individual Consultation

We advise and support employees and managers with their individual questions and concerns on issues of equal opportunities or on encountering or preventing discrimination.

Lecture events & awareness-raising measures

With the aim of making the diversity of the research center and our society visible and sensitizing our employees to the risks of discrimination, we regularly organize lectures, e.g. on the topics of neurodiversity or sexism. We also develop products and measures to make our workforce aware of the topics of diversity and inclusion.

Internal team workshops

In addition to center-wide measures and offers, it is essential that teams and departments work internally on their diversity awareness and work culture and break down barriers. We promote this awareness-raising work through our diverse and individually tailored range of workshops.
