Personnel Management

Personnel Management is responsible for the conclusion and administration of around 7,000 individual employment relationships of various types.

In addition to managing all aspects of employment contracts financed by Jülich’s own resources and external funds, Personnel Management also provides extensive support on all personnel matters for doctoral researchers, scholarship holders, interns, and student assistants as well as other employees and visiting employees. Furthermore, Personnel Management drafts job classifications and provides services for international colleagues.
