We are delighted that you will soon be starting at Forschungszentrum Jülich. With over 1,000 new hires per year, we have a high demand for personnel across all units. Recommendations from colleagues are an important source of successful applications - around a third of our new hires are recruited in this way!
Perhaps you too have been made aware of your new job by an employee of the Research Centre? In that case, the HR Development and Recruiting (P-E) department would like to thank this colleague with our Jülich-Hoodie as a small gift.
We need your help to do this. It can be done very quickly: Simply forward this link to the colleague with a few kind words: https://go.fzj.de/recommendation
FAQs
Who receives a gift and how do I get it?
The gift will be given to the person who has contributed to the successful filling of an advertised position at Forschungszentrum Jülich. When the contract documents are sent out, the link and the QR code for the hoodie will be handed out. You can then forward this to the person who recommended you.
Alternatively, you can get in touch with the current contact person for the Employee Referral Program at any time to receive the link.
Why a hoodie?
An internal survey has shown that colleagues who recommend job advertisements out of conviction do not expect large cash bonuses, which Forschungszentrum Jülich is not allowed to pay for reasons of funding law. As a thank you, the Department of Human Resources Development and Recruiting will send you our popular Jülich-Hoodie and a letter of thanks. You can choose the model and size yourself via the online survey.
How will I receive my hoodie?
When you complete the online survey, you can specify your institute or organisational unit. The hoodie will be sent to you by internal mail. Sometimes there are delays in the despatch of the hoodies. This is partly due to availability at the campus store. But don't worry - we will receive your enquiry and the hoodie will be dispatched as quickly as possible.
Can I also choose a different gift?
The workflow currently only provides for two hoodie models as a thank-you gift. Should this change, you will find the relevant changes in the online survey.
Which areas does the programme cover?
The programme currently covers all recruitment in selection procedures that are managed by the Personnel Development and Recruiting (P-E) department. Central Vocational Training (P-Z) and Project Management Jülich organise their selection procedures independently and are not yet part of the programme.
If you have any questions, please contact our colleague in the HR Development and Recruiting (P-E)!
