Measurement Systems

We in the team Measurement Systems develop complex measurement and analysis systems for the scientific processing of geological, biological, medical and technical issues.

The development areas are electromagnetic measurement techniques, fast data acquisition / processing, imaging and image processing methods

Impedance spectrometer for SIP measurements (spectral induced polarization) of the polarization properties of soil samples together with the Institute for AGROSPHERE (IBG-3) at Forschungszentrum Jülich

EIT-Messsystem

EIT measurement systems (electrical impedance tomography) for the spatial, spectral and time-resolved measurement of the polarization properties of soils and sediments together with the Institute for AGROSPHERE (IBG-3) at Forschungszentrum Jülich

Elektromagnetische Induktionsmessgeräte

Electromagnetic induction measuring instruments (EMI) for contactless and depth-resolved measurement of electrical conductivity on field scale in cooperation with the Institute for AGROSPHERE (IBG-3) at Forschungszentrum Jülich.

Signalverarbeitungssystem

Digital signal processing systems for scientific instrumentation. Hardware-related implementation of DSP algorithms. Development of front-end readout systems for IR detectors on airbourne platforms, also with qualified components.
